Be sure to update your child's emergency card annually, or whenever there is a change in address, mom or dad's job , doctor information, or emergency contacts.

Any time a medication is to be given to your child while in our care, we'll need one of these forms filled out. Prescription medication must be in the original bottle with the child's information on it, and OTC medication such as acetominophin or ibuprofin should be labled and dated.

Health appraisals should be updated at least annually, and shot records must be updated at every well-baby check up in which your child receives another immunization.

If your child seems to be coming down with something and you are not sure whether or not they are fit to come to daycare, check here to see when your child should stay home and rest up!

Staff
|
Staff are required to complete a minimum of 24 PD hours per calendar year. Available here is a list of websites most commonly used, as well as the fiur classes that are required to be updated annually.

Time off requests are subject to management approval. Please print and fill out the above form and turn it in to office staff at least two weeks prior to the requested date.
